At Roltek, we want you to be confident in choosing RoltekConnect. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund.
1. Free Plan
- Our Free plan is available at no cost. Because no payment is required, no refund applies.
2. Paid Subscriptions
- Initial Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used the service in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a renewal was charged by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
- Partial Periods: We do not issue refunds for unused time in your billing cycle after cancellation. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
- The service was used in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The refund request is made outside the timeframes described above.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at satis@roltek.com.tr with your account details and payment receipt. We will review your request and reply within 5–7 business days.
5. Payment Processors
If you subscribed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., App Store, Google Play, Iyzico), refunds must be requested directly from that provider in accordance with their policies.
