Warranty Coverage, RMA Procedures, and Shipping Instructions for RoltekConnect Devices

1. Warranty Coverage

RoltekConnect provides a standard 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product under normal use. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Misuse, improper installation, or external factors (e.g., lightning, power surges, water damage).

  • Unauthorized repair or modification of the product.

  • Wear and tear of consumables or accessories (e.g., cables, antennas).

2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Steps

To initiate a return or repair process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Contact the RoltekConnect technical support team via phone or email to report the defect and confirm the need for RMA.

  2. RMA Form/Number: Fill out the required RMA request form and obtain a unique RMA tracking number from the support team. This number is mandatory for all returns.

  3. Prepare Documentation: Include a copy of the original purchase invoice and the completed RMA form with the device.

  4. Wait for Confirmation: Do not ship the product until you have received written confirmation and the RMA number from RoltekConnect.

3. Shipping Instructions

To ensure the safe and proper processing of your return:

  • Packaging: Package the device securely in its original box or equivalent protective packaging. RoltekConnect is not responsible for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging.

  • RMA clearly visible: Clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box. Shipments without a visible RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.

  • Shipping Costs (Defective Product): Shipping costs for products verified to be under warranty and defective will be covered by RoltekConnect.

  • Shipping Costs (Non-Defective Product): If the product is found to be non-defective or the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for all repair and return shipping costs.

  • Address: Ship the package to the address provided by the RoltekConnect support team when issuing the RMA number.
